August 5, 2022 – Toronto – Today, the Toronto E-Scooter Network endorsed three candidates for Toronto City Council due to their support for making E-Scooters legal.
The Toronto E-Scooter Network recommends that anyone who wants to see E-Scooters legalized in Toronto vote for the three following:
- Chris Moise in Ward 13 – Toronto Centre
- Rocco Achampong in Ward 10 – Spadina-Fort York
- Adam Golding in Councillor Ward 11 – University-Rosedale
“Toronto is the only major city in Canada that bans E-Scooters and that needs to change,” said Andy Kim, President of the Toronto E-Scooter Network. “These candidates all support legalizing E-scooters with sensible safety rules and we encourage our members to support them.”
